They don’t even deserve 1 star, never ever make purchase from Aldo , I bought a tote bag for 12000 and they said it cannot be returned as it was on sale, person buying such an expensive product doesn’t have right to return, how come this is a brand totally shitty behaviour Again I purchased bag online, every only site allows you to return bag when purchased online, I received it within 3 minutes I went on their site and they didn’t have return option again they said this product is not eligible, I didn’t choose no return coupon that saves 5% only because I wanted to get return option Pathetic Worst brand ever to purchase

I don't have words to describe how bad Aldo's customer service is. They lost my parcel with Evri courier, even though Aldo is a brand name. Based on my recent purchase experience, I found it to be very bad. They don't care about customers. After 20 emails, they finally sent me my parcel with a big discount: a £3.45 refund. I am rich now! 🤭 Please don't trust Aldo; their customer service is bad, and their staff behavior is bad. If anyone wants proof, I have 20 emails.

I bought a pair of sandals from this brand, and they fell apart on the very first day I wore them. I expected far better quality from such a well-known brand, especially considering how expensive their shoes are. This was incredibly disappointing and completely unacceptable. I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

My order was placed on 25 June 2026 with an assured delivery date of 2 July 2026. That commitment was not honoured. The delivery date was subsequently changed to 4 July 2026, and even today the shipment continues to show "In Transit" rather than "Out for Delivery." What concerns me even more than the delay is the complete lack of communication. At no point has anyone from ALDO, Shiprocket, or the courier proactively contacted me by phone or email to explain the delay, despite having my registered contact details. After repeatedly attempting to obtain information myself, I contacted Shiprocket customer support. During that call, I was informed that the shipment had gone missing within the logistics network but had later been located, and that delivery is now expected only by Monday. This information was never voluntarily communicated to me by any party involved. As a customer who has already paid ₹5,999 in advance, I find this lack of transparency, accountability, and proactive communication unacceptable.

I ordered some earrings online that where no return. Well, when I received them, they were all broke. I have repeatedly reached out my email and calling to no avail. I want to be refunded. I believe in a final sale but your product was defective.
