Hello, I was made to purchase three months' worth of products, even though I wrote to you during the very first month to let you know that I did not want your products. I was told that a three-month purchase commitment was mandatory. Now that three months have passed, I wish to cancel the shipment of any further products, yet no one is responding to me. I have been writing to the email addresses you provide, but I receive no reply. Please cancel my subscription, or I will be forced to seek legal assistance to do so

SCAM COMPANY! Beware!!! Reporting to OPC. They don’t honour their return policy. Barely respond back to emails, canceled my subscription and still charged me months later. Literally the highest Montreal scam company you can find, Bravo losers!

I tried the Alcami Musahroom coffee, it was awful (to me) and i immediately asked the company to not send any more as it was unpleasant to me. They ignored my request, the mgmt stated that they wanted me to try it for 90 days and assured me "they had my back' I was also told they would send me a different product. Instead i received same product...complained that i was to receive different product, but got same unwanted. A month later i got 3rd shipment of CRAPPY product after some clown named Derik said he'd send different product. I have $180 of crap , I asked em to stop after 1st shipment. They do not care and have nothing to say. And I still get the silly, self serving Emails from the Derik guy....geesh.

Lied to get me to sign up . When I contacted them about the lie they denied it even with back up text messages . And emails had to pay my bank to cancel payment to stop the payment going forward and being forced to buy product for 3 months
