AlcamielementsReviews of alcamielements.com

They say they sell products for health but don't care about people's health. They want your money, that's all. They don't answer the questions. They lie directly on their website about the price. They announce things like you get more than a 20% rebate for 3 bags, but the cost of 3 bags is 25% more for each bag than the cost for 1 bag. They charge too much for shipping, and their poor quality shipping system sends damaged/open bags. I am pretty sure everything about their product is a lie because what they say is mostly lies. They probably sell you chemical growth mushroom powder and not even from those kinds they talk about. Their founder, Derik Singh, is exploiting people who wish to grow and take their money, lying to them about him, the product, the price, the shipping, and why he does this. It is not for your health; it is for his bank account health, and he has no consideration for you. He is clearly exploiting you. Avoid this place and this guy Derek Singh. AlcamiElement.com is a scam because it is nothing like what you get told it is. Never buy from them. They lie and use the worst marketing structure you can imagine to get you to not only buy a bag but also take an abonnement to buy monthly bags. They structured their website to confuse people and make it hard to get out of it. They won't help you. They won't answer you. Their promotion, sending a bonus that they say cost more the 150$ is a total lie as they never sold any of it and it is material of the cheaper quality they found good for garbage within days of use if not a day. Stay away from Derik Singh and AlcamiElement.com, or you might end up stuck with recurring monthly bills for a product that is a lie, sold by consciousness parasites.

Hello, I was made to purchase three months' worth of products, even though I wrote to you during the very first month to let you know that I did not want your products. I was told that a three-month purchase commitment was mandatory. Now that three months have passed, I wish to cancel the shipment of any further products, yet no one is responding to me. I have been writing to the email addresses you provide, but I receive no reply. Please cancel my subscription, or I will be forced to seek legal assistance to do so

SCAM COMPANY! Beware!!! Reporting to OPC. They don’t honour their return policy. Barely respond back to emails, canceled my subscription and still charged me months later. Literally the highest Montreal scam company you can find, Bravo losers!

I tried the Alcami Musahroom coffee, it was awful (to me) and i immediately asked the company to not send any more as it was unpleasant to me. They ignored my request, the mgmt stated that they wanted me to try it for 90 days and assured me "they had my back' I was also told they would send me a different product. Instead i received same product...complained that i was to receive different product, but got same unwanted. A month later i got 3rd shipment of CRAPPY product after some clown named Derik said he'd send different product. I have $180 of crap , I asked em to stop after 1st shipment. They do not care and have nothing to say. And I still get the silly, self serving Emails from the Derik guy....geesh.

Lied to get me to sign up . When I contacted them about the lie they denied it even with back up text messages . And emails had to pay my bank to cancel payment to stop the payment going forward and being forced to buy product for 3 months

This stuff is crazy expensive, I was looking at it on the shop app and then next thing you know my card was charged for nearly 50 dollars!!! Then I ft said I subscribed and I can unsubscribe for another 3 months!! So I'm stuck paying another 150 dollars, and it's not even that good . I tried the expresso and was unimpressed as I tried it after trying the four sigmatic, I actually felt the effect from four sigmatic but unfortunately I'm probably done with expensive mushrooms coffee after this experience

I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a kit in January to try it out, but it arrived incomplete. They told me they ran out of stock for the spoon and canister that was supposed to come in the order and never sent them with the initial delivery. They claimed it would be sent with the following delivery. I followed up saying I didn't like the product, yet I was charged again the following month without my consent. When I reached out to cancel, they claimed that by buying the initial kit, I was forced into a 3-month commitment. There is no way to cancel the subscription on the platform all they do is allow you to change your payment method. I’ve emailed them over and over saying I don’t want the product, yet they keep charging me and sending the shipments. I'm going to have to get a new debit card just to get out of the subscription. Do not order unless you want to pay for at least 3 months worth of this product!

I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a kit in November to try it out, but it arrived incomplete. They told me they ran out of stock and simply didn't send the rest. To make matters worse, I didn't like the product, yet I was charged again the following month without my consent. When I reached out to cancel, they claimed that by buying the initial kit, I was forced into a 3-month commitment. There is no way to cancel the subscription on their platform. I’ve repeatedly told them I don’t want the product, yet they keep charging me and sending items I didn't order. They are just giving me the runaround instead of providing a solution. Be very careful!
