I purchased a Gift card from Sephora on January 29th at Albertson's location at 28090 S Western Ave. The person who received the gift card was told at Sephora that the gift card amount was zero. I am glad I attached a receipt with the gift card.I was so upset and at the same time embarrassed with the situation so I called Albertson's customer service and they gave me a number to call which after a week nobody contacted me. I called the number again and they said they lost the information I provided and they needed that again... So frustrating. Today I decided to go to Albertson's store and ask for the manager. The person just told me " that will be me " with a really bad attitude. I explained everything to her and she grabed a piece of paper and wrote down a phone number and handed to me. I told her that I already called them with no success.She did not even wait till I say something and turned her back talking something else with another employee. I reminded her that I was not done yet and she couldn't care less. I have been a loyal customer since 1999 and I had a really bad experience today. The manager name is Christine and she should be working with something else other than a manager.

Patty the manager and Melissa need to be trained on customer service and transactions. I will never return here again. I am from out of town and never have I ever been serviced so horribly. If I had the time I would’ve put all my items back and went to Kroger. Someone recommended this place.

boycott safeway/Albertsons. Always cheat me out of savings. This last time was almost 10$.

Do not work at albertsons grocery store they aloud Manager harassment bullying employees couple months now, its Hostile work environment hard going to work going to be slur on the staff" it's Not a good work environment. They have a hard time keeping anyone employed longer than a few months by Bullying from Managers. And CEO AND hr will not do anything! At LHC AZ!

They will rob you blind. Check your receipt BEFORE leaving the store. Every fricken time we shopped there since thanksgiving had a receipt error in their favor. Albertsons you are thieves and so are your employees who turn a blind eye. WE GAVE UP. Never again will we give you an opportunity to steal from us. SHAME ON THE EMPLOYEES WHO CONTINUE TO WORK THERE KNOWING ALBERTSONS STEALS.

This is specific to the Osco pharmacy in Albertsons at 51 avenue and Cactus in Glendale Arizona. They have not honored GoodRX pricing multiple times even though the coupon is an exact match.

Prices are over twice of Winco. Stated prices are almost never honored at check out.

I would give this store negative stars if I could. Expired food lines the shelves at the one in my home town(Montana native). Their prices are insane.....$8 for a box of Fruit Loops, $10 for two bags of Oreos....and THAT was the 'sale' price. But the worst thing I've seen is a roll of Reynolds Wrap foil....over $14.... REALLY? WHO in their right mind would pay that? Someone does, apparently, because they are still in business. Worst and most greediest store EVER. I hope they price themselves out of business.
