AlbertsonsReviews of albertsons.com

In a world of no good reviews, I want to shout out to the Managers across the food chain at Albertsons, because I have never, in my 50 years of grocery shopping, found a better employee. KIMBERLY at the Self Check Out station has made everyone's life more happy and beyond compassionate, loving, kind, and any other adjective that I can find. She is such a dream to have at her station after my long day of work. She is so amazing I can't even fathom higher praise....she's the only thing that makes me truly happy after my life each and everytime I shop at her checkout. Please give her a compliment every single day, and probably a huge raise! 3614 W State St, Boise, ID 83703 is her store!

The “5” rating is based on David, the pleasant and highly competent Pharmacist technician who went the extra mile to correct billing errors. He also made sure I got my medications, which are the type that require extra effort for pharmacies to readily source. The reason I stay with Albertsons pharmacy is because it has staff like David and a Pharmacist like Trish, responsive professionals who I know I can contact directly to resolve issues. As an aside to comments made in other reviews, all pharmacies have problems with staffing and their supply chains now.

Ms.Michelle in the Meat dept at the Tropicana and Jones location was so friendly and helped a bunch she truly loves what she does and has great customer service she was so helpful give that woman a raise asap! Thanks so much Ms. MICHELLE C.

This review is about Albertsons Pharmacy particularly the location closest to me in Albuquerque NM. I have to say that the entire staff here are really really great. Every time I'm there when I pick up my meds, they make me feel like family, always address me kindly by my first name, which I love. I feel like they always know me and am welcomed like a good friend. I'm always asked how I'm doing. They always remember to ask if I would prefer to have my meds mailed to me. Other pharmacies I've used in the past made me feel like I was just a number and couldnt care less about to ask me how I was doing. Many Kudos to Albertsons Pharmacy near me!

Clearance items. Help to save money on every shopping list. Many different products daily.

Jasmine is always helpful & friendly! I don’t need anybody else if she’s around because she knows everything in the store in Mission Viejo location. Thank you very much for your superb customer service!

I had a great experience with my Albertsons.com delivery. Very easy to use the online app and I'm not tech savvy. Even though I ordered on my laptop. They sendt a link to my phone to track delivery. Very good experience for low delivery fee. Will definitely use again.

Miranda C. is very compassionate, kind, and very helpful with my specific needs. She’s awsome! Thank you for a excellent service.
