Buyer Beware; Albertsons app
I selected coupons in the app for various discounts totaling $10. When I got home I realized I was overcharged by $9. This has happened multiple times and I'd had enough. I contacted Albertsons online Customer Service department. The email I received back offered no solution other than to tell me to wait 5 minutes to make a purchase after selecting a coupon. This canned response and kernel of information did not apply as the coupons had been selected and scanned much longer than 5 minutes before purchase. I replied twice to the message and received no response. I am so done with Albertsons.
