Got the Coleman as a gift for my brother and he loves it. He travels a lot and he liked everything about the duffle bag. Perfect for a weekend trip. Waited a bit (around 2 weeks) for it to be delivered since the size was not available on hand but I didn't mind. Customer support was very responsive and a tracker was provided so you know the progress on the delivery. Overall satisfied with the service and more importantly the quality of their bags.

The correspondence for my special request and clear update to know the status of my order. Sarah was outstanding with her customer service support. Thank you. Product quality is top notch and the finishing is fantastic. They could improve on their packaging of their product as the bag I ordered came in this beautiful drawstring canvas bag but it was obvious that it was too tightly packed and caused the bag to cramp and crease. Just a little bigger bag would have been better.
