I called to see how the production of the satchel for our grandson's graduation gift was coming. The representative was very helpful and kind. He actually got in touch with me by email a couple of times. The satchel is beautiful, and our grandson loves it.

They communicated every step with me. I had the bag debossed. Unfortunately there was a mistake on the lettering. They were very understanding and ended up redoing the item. They sent me the new item with perfect lettering and without an issue. Thank you!!

I ordered a satchel for my son. He loves it! We had only one issue - whomever was in charge of transcribing the information for his address did not accurately transcribe it. However, customer service was on it and we were able to figure things out with the delivery company. The product is beautiful and he loves it!
