Good, knowledgeable service!

Bonnie, our agent, has been so helpful. She is prompt, well-informed and very courteous.

Greg F was great to work with while planning my family's cruise. He was the perfect amount of outgoing and helpful, etc.--not too pushy and not too laid back. Now I can look forward to a great trip!

Excellent pleasant service

Ian was very helpful in booking our cruise.

Cruise specialist Gina provided excellent service in making all arrangements for the cruise in a timely manner. She was very knowledgeable of the details involved and was familiar with this particular cruise as she had taken it herself and had good advice on all aspects involved. Kudos!

Excellent service by agents Rebecca Witt, and Roxanne Martin. Rebecca promptly responded to all our queries so that we were able to narrow it down to the type of land tour and cruise suitable for us. She also was very helpful in guiding us to choose the type of cabins that would be most comfortable for our group of seniors. We were very satisfied with their service.

Kathy does a Grenoble and even answer questions we have on the weekends.
