I am from Delhi(INDIA) and wanted to visit Alaska for the first time with family and friends. We were promptly attended by Robin Sherin and her team with their friendly guidance & advises. They helped us in booking of our Cruise by providing various options and choices. We raised so many quarries through emails which were promptly replied. This company is truly a customer friendly. Now we await for our upcoming Cruise by Princess in August 2018.

Booking was easy and staff friendly and accommodating. When a problem arose with the Cruiseline and our reservation, Andrea was able to get the problem corrected quickly. Thank you

I can’t comment on the trip as I haven’t travelled yet, but the service Ian gave, even though I’m half way around the world from where he’s based, was excellent. Can I recommend the company? On the booking side and arranging - a definite yes and 5 🌟, on the cruise - ask me in 3 months when I’ve been!

Better than booking through the cruise line for saving money.

We had a great experience booking our cruise vacation with the help of Alaskacruises.com. We didn’t know much about the cruises and were looking for someone to give us information and guidance.

I had good experience with our booking. As a first time cruiser, we made some rookie mistakes, like booking without talking to an agent first. After booking, Elaine Henry very patiently answered my emailed and called me us too. She gave us some good information about taking the cruise. It was five star experience. We will be very happy to deal with AlaskaCruise again.
