Good service overall and helpful support staff

I found it hard to find a way to pay off my balance. I entered my confirmation #. But the site said it was invalid

I had a very good visit with you yesterday and the help from Andrea was top rate. I appreciate all the help she and Holland America gave me. I feel better about the reservations and the information received on the trip. Thanks for all the help. Sorry for the bad review.

Easy to Book They had a choice of cruises so we could see the differences the cruise lines offered. Remember Canadians...the prices are in US dollars!

web site requires ability to summary selection based on tour number etc; with slow internet, its extremely difficult to navigate. other than this is acceptable. CS operator are helpful, but even they get in a knot at times!
