Despite calls to customer service department, charges for a "travel insurance" that I did not sign up for were charged to my credit card.
Calls to customer service department result in no results. Despite one call with the request for the URL for online-check in, I did not receive the promised email reply. Despite two calls that I do not accept to be automatically billed for a "trip insurance" for which I have not signed up for, the amount for the insurance was automatically added to the price of the cruise and charged to my credit card. I would not deal with this company, who's business practices seem tricky and need to be carefully checked, for any other business.

Our Client Services Manager indicated that she called and spoke with you yesterday (7/23), confirmed that you'd received our email about a refund for the insurance, and extended an complimentary onboard credit offer to you. We appreciate your feedback and do hope we have the opportunity to serve you again. Sincerely, The AlaskaCruises.com Team
