I've never had a car transported before. They made it so easy. The online platform was simple with a few questions to get us booked. I called the office with a few questions and they answered the phone right away. She was able to help me feel at ease. The pick up at our home was on time and the update emails helped us though the waiting. Even the pick at port was o time and simple process. The whole experience was easy, on time and a good value.

Was able to arrange with help of Brother in law on the shipping end... to ship from Fairbanks to Kanas... so arranged drop off in Fairbanks - - trucked to Anchorage.. then ship.. then truck to Kansas. Included 'personal gear' in the truck and it was not a hassle for needing specific 'certified weigh station' slips. Best price between the 3 big players in Alaska shipping of cars.

Car was shipped from Anchorage to Seattle with zero issues. When the car arrived in Seattle they notified me they could not find a carrier to pick the car up and transport it to Houston, Texas. The car is now sitting in Washington state with no way of getting to Texas. They told me I could go pick the car up myself and drive it or wait for them to figure it out with no timeline of arrival.

My father-in-law recently gifted his prized 2006 Mustang to my 19-year-old son. The car was located in Tidewater, Virginia and we used Alaska car transport to ship it across country and up to Alaska. The car arrived this week in perfect condition and made the journey in less than two weeks. Their shipping costs were well below some of the other companies And they were able to provide up-to-date tracking information on the car the whole way. Pick up at the origin and pick up at the port of Alaska was super easy and I would definitely use Alaska car transport in the future.
