They provide all the services I had with ADT at a fraction of the cost. Their people are knowledgeable I was walked through programing my alarm panel over the phone they had every step I needed and explained it clearly. I would and have recommended them to other people.

Have used Alarm Relay for 12 years at 3 different homes. Responsiveness to both inquiries as well as alarm conditions has been equal to or better than the "big guys" and face it, at 1/4 the cost, you can't beat it (the annual savings on my fire insurance premium alone covers over 1/2 the annual monitoring fee!)
