They have helped me program my alarm after we purchased a 2nd new home, and it was done over the phone. And if you’ve never done this it requires a lot of tapping numbers into the keypad. On top of that there were issues with the set up and they trouble shooted my wiring over the phone. Sending pictures using my cell phone, I was so impressed. The service for the price is undeniably outstanding. The alarm response time, their call to the home when the alarm is tripped is within seconds. I can’t believe people pay so much. Alarm relay is fast reliable and affordable!
