I've been very pleased with my Alarm Relay service. Setup was simple and well documented. They were able to support my existing alarm system and improve it with a phone app that allows me to check on and control my system from anywhere.

I honestly have to say the service is better than our old monitoring company. Every time we have accidently set off our alarm we have gotten a call from the people at Alarm Relay. This was not so with our old monitoring service.
