We used one of the largest and well known security services for about 10 years. You know the one as they advertise all the time and lock you into a 3 year contract. The service was good but the monthly billing was almost $60 when we decided there had to be a better more cost effective service. Alarm Relay to the rescue. They used our existing equipment with absolutely no drop in the service. The response time is only seconds if an alarm is triggered. One call and a few minutes on the phone while they made the switch and we were set. Less than $15 a month! We are extremely pleased and would highly recommend you check them out. Our old company now sends us letters offering to drop the price. There is no way we're switching back.

Having been with another vendor for many years and dealing with yearly rate increases we did some research and chose Alarm Relay. The pricing was excellent but just as important the customer service was great. The technician was fantastic and very helpful when it came time to switch over from the old vendor to Alarm Relay. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
