This company is wonderful. Although they are physically located on the other side of the country, every interaction is like they are right next door. From billing to support they are prompt, timely and really know what they are doing. Highly recommend.

Fast working Excellent service Very happy I didn’t go with adt

Just as effective as ADT, so far has been excellent service. I have received prompt notifications and phone calls during the alarm activity, thank God they were all false alarm. Meaning we or our children have accidentally opened the door to fast before disarming the alarm, or a friend that we allowed into our house when we're not home accidentally triggered the alarm. When ADT kept raising rates without adding value it was time to jump ship. Alarm Relay has been a very effective replacement, without hitting your pocketbook so hard that you have to decide whether or not to keep alarm service.
