We have used Alarm Relay for about 10 years. Once in a while we accidently set the alarm off. The call ususally comes into the house in less than a minute to check to see if we are OK or to make sure we answer and tell them the code. If not then we have them contact us on our cell phone and then call the police. You can setup your own alarm response with them. We had an alarm malfunction and they worked with us to make sure we did not get any false alarms, which in our City can cause fines. They are always friendly and helpful. I feel that if I have a question it is their pleasure to help me. The best Alarm Company I know and the fee is a bargain. Other companies have long contracts. Great company - takes out the middle man!!!!

Our company has been using Alarm Relay for a little over a year and since then we have had one attempt of a break in. I say attempt because Alarm Relay's alarm system scared the perp and he did not get to steal anything from the office. They were prompt at calling and perp was detained.

Fast responses to alarms. Very friendly and helpful. They were recommended to me and I would do the same for anybody looking for a cost effective and reliable service.

Fortunately, in the year-plus that I have had Alarm Relay monitoring my system, there have been no actual alarm events. But, I have twice set off my own alarm on entering my house.(For some reason, I had activated the system in "Home" status rather than "Away" status which alarms instantly upon entering the house rather than allowing the usual delay period that affords the opportunity to disarm the system.) In both instances, I entered my code and stopped the alarm in way less than one minute. Still, in both cases, Alarm Relay called to confirm that the alarm had sounded and was canceled by me. In the covered period, I have also had two "low battery" alerts on premises. I have received calls from Alarm Relay calling these to my attention as well. It seems to me that they are doing everything that a monitoring service should do, at WAY less cost than ADT had been charging me before I switched to Alarm Relay,
