Quick response, great service.

I have been using Alarm Relay for 2 years. They have been prompt in calling me whenever there is any issue. Fortunately, there has been no burglary attempt on our property yet. But they have called us if their system detected that our phone line was out, power was lost or we tripped alarm falsely. They have responded to phone call promptly always.

Always on top of things. Fast response every time. Good value as welll. Don’t waste any more time shopping for others.

Great price, great service thanks

I was paying three times as much with my previous alarm company with hardly any correspondence. Not only is Alarm Relay less expensive, but they keep me informed at all times by text and email--when my alarm is set and unset and when there is a disconnect and connection again. Their customer service and technical department are always responsive whenever I call with questions. Overall, I would highly recommend them to anyone.
