Although I never had an alarm where they had to call the police, they seem to be monitoring fine, and I have received some calls for some items like low battery. They loose one star because there is no online way to put your system in test, or any online way to see any status from your system. You have to call on the phone to do these things, which is a pain. Almost all other companies I have seen at least let you go online to see your your account, but not with Alarm Relay.

Alarm Relay has always provided us with reliable service. Even during an outage they worked with us to get the system working as soon possible

Overall, I am pleased with the service as I have had my alarm go off and they have done a good job contacting me. The only thing I am not happy about is that I just got the bill for the new year and the price went up and I wasn't told that would happen.

I am very pleased with Alarm Relay, They are very easy to work with. and their systems are quite capable.
