Responsive service at a reasonable cost. Great value?

The good people at Alarm Relay bent over backwards many times to help me alter and re-install most of my sensors so that Alarm Relay could accept them as operational. I couldn't have asked for better people to help me out. Alarm Relay also alerted me to the illegal activities by Monitronics, HQ in Dallas, Texas (my existing service at the time). Monitronics blocked my access to MY PAID IN FULL equipment by not giving me the installer code to access my panel so I wouldn't switch companies. Let your state attorney general know of this activity when you find it. Alarm Relay is number one in my book.

Great service

Reasonable cost and the few times I have had to call, they have always responded quickly and professionally. I was paying way to much for monitoring before and very happy that I found Alarm Relay.

After my home was broken into ten years ago I installed an alarm system and used Alarm Relay for the monitoring company. They have been a pleasure to work with and have helped with the installation hookup to their system and have always called right away when I have accidentally tripped a false alarm. I trust them because of my years of experience using their company. I have also installed systems for friends and family and I recommend and use Alarm Relay for their alarm systems also.

All good and competitive....

I have more peace of mind and better communication/feedback with Alarm Relay than I do from my years with the more established full service alarm company. Being able to use their monitoring service and servicing the alarm system myself has saved me much time and hassle.

VERY RESPONSIVE FROM ALL THE WAY ACROSS THE COUNTRY!!! THEY ARE THE BEST MONITORING COMPANY WE HAVE EVER HAD AND THE PEOPLE ARE REALLY NICE, TOO!
