I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. I have never “needed” them but I have accidentally set off my alarm and they have responded immediately each time. They have always been very understanding of my error. The price is so much better than ADT.

1. Any accidental alarms that we created, response was initiated by Alarm Relay usually within 1 minute and in most cases less than 30 seconds. Excellent response and very reassuring. 2. Great service, Quality and value. Have used Alarm Relay for about 2 years. Every time there was an event (luckily false alarms) they responds very quickly to my alarm. Have always been friendly and courteous on the phone. I recommend them to anyone with an alarm.
