Been a customer for over 2 years and never had a problem. Every time we trip the alarm we receive a call from them really fast. They also call me if my Wifi connection goes down. We had one situation that we didn't pick up the phone while someone was trying to break in and they immediately notified Police and were able to prevent a break-in. Highly recommended.

no BS they have been monitoring my house for sometime. Seems to be a good company. I re-arm my Home at least twice a day. I was working on the windows one time and had knocked one of the sensors and they called me pretty quickly told me that someone was ““ messing with one particular window they were pretty quick about it. Or was that ADT well anyway it was one of them since alarm Relay is the one I have now I assume it was them. Skews my grammar and or spelling
