Not really sure about how well it’s monitored. It seems to work fine but I have no experience with a call or check to be sure.

Phone app doesn't always work and I have to click on it several times for it to go to Armed Away, it keeps wanting to go Armed Stay. Will not renew when contract expires

Your service has been OK but I did not like being charged for technical service when a sensor went bad.

Most notifications are lacking understandable status. Some notifications are delayed. All actual calls have been relevant and timely.

Although I’m very happy with the cost, I’m not as happy about the service. There were a few times our alarm went off and we did not receive a phone call from the company. Fortunately, none were emergency situations, but what if they were? It’s rather concerning and disappointing for an alarm company.
