They are the best company that I ever met. I'm truly satisfied with them. They helped me get all set up with my super high tech alarm via the phone. I purchased everything through ebay that I didn't have. I was previously an alarm client with another company but I wanted to get super high tech. I had a competitor come over, I signed up with them, but I cancelled within three days. I was going to get garage door opening via the phone, turning on the alarm via the phone, turn on and off lights via the phone, unlock deadbolts via the phone and Alarm Relay did everything the other company offered and their price was much better. I got everything that a competitor was offering for less but I did everything myself and I am super handy. It did take awhile to get up because I needed to upgrade my panel, go wireless with a cell back up, get new key pads, everything my choice. No, I do not work there. Enjoy.

Although they have no maintenance service to provide, the monitoring service is excellent.
