After making the decision to save money with Alarm Relay, literally all of my interactions with them were with people who truly cares for their customers and I can sense the staff take tremendous pride in their company. Straight forward rates and no predatory upselling / upgrading.

Sevice has been consistently excellent. Whenever the alarm has been activated (each time because I forgot to disarm the alarm) the company called me immediately to ensure all was well. When I have called, the phone is answered promptly and the questions that I have had are answered. We are extremely satisfied with Alarm Relay.

The things I love about alarm relay. They don’t overcharge for monitoring like other monitoring services. No contracts and reliable. I’ve never had a problem.

Great people to work with. Changed to Alarm Relay to monitor an existing alarm for the great price. They took all the time needed to connect to my alarm, never felt rushed or they had something else to do. Have had great service since. Highly recommend!
