This is the best DIY system I have come across. From easy to handle system operations to 110% perfect customer service, this is THE company to go after. Kalen Dickerson & Sterling have been my go to persons. Kalen went over & beyond his call of duty to monitor my home’s alarm system while I was away. People like Kalen still do exist & is the sole reason I still have faith in humanity. Try it out. U will be shockingly pleased .

I came across AlarmGrid trying to look at youtube videos to salvage the security monitoring system and sensors installed across my 1989 built house that I recently purchased. I neither wanted to trash all the thoughtfully placed sensors across the house and nor spend a fortune on installing new ones. The initial investment, although a gamble whether the system will work or not, was a third of what was quoted by competitors for a new system with sensors. I got a Residio LTEM PA and hooked it up to the Honeywell Vista 10 SE. After getting instructions on phone from Darel and Travis who were patient and knew their job well I could get the signal across to the monitoring station (Eureka!). I was so happy I was able to use most of the things until the time I upgrade to more recent panel (Vista 20 or so) in apocket friendly way. I got the certificate for home insurance (the actual reason that triggered the process).

Great self-monitoring service. Great price. Super easy set-up, all done online. Travis was very knowledgeable in answering any questions I had about my Total Connect 2.0 account. I fully recommend this security monitoring company

I wanted to start out with Self-monitoring with phone access to Arm/Disarm. Purchased the LTEM-PV and power cable. Watched their videos on how to disconnect previous provider's (Xfinity Home) communicator and how to connect the new LTEM-PV. Very easy to follow and complete. They activated the Total Connect 2.0 which gives me phone access. Everything working as planned! Support was Friendly, quick to respond with any information I asked, and walked me thru the activation. Highly recommend Alarm Grid....
