Alarm.comReviews of alarm.com

John was extraordinarily professional, composed, well-spoken, and knowledgeable about all aspects of personal security. He helped me to get to the bottom of a very complex problem and spent exactly the amount of time necessary to help elucidate the complex points of my case. He was one of those rare human beings that you encounter, perhaps once a year, in this field, who truly stands out because of his deep-seated understanding of all aspects of his field and is able to explain complex concepts in a way that a non-layperson can understand. Truly exceptional human being with a great amount of experience and patience for customers who may not understand the complexities of the security world.

Wow, Ty who was my tech advisor got my camera up & running again. I must ad that the local company's was not able to solve the problem. Again, Ty was remarkable. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind and I would give her a 10 star rating if I could. She was excellent!! Thank you Ty!!

Erin and Kaitlin provided me with excellent customer service! Both ladies were pleasant and professional as well as being eager to help get my mobile credential issue resolved.

Well it's a long story, but the lady today spent over 3 hours helping me,in 54 years this the most patient person I've met over the phone, even though I was unknowing of a lot and probably frustrated her at times she never showed no sign of anger, she didn't talk any kind of way,I can't explain enough how grateful I am,I highly recommend that woman as a raise are a higher position.ive talk to brinks like over 20 times I know in 2 half months I got nothing done but headaches and anger.i give this lady 6 stars not 5.best costumers service person of the year in my eye.

Alarm.com is great and stays on top of the details... I always feel like they have our Back .. !!!

Our provider was excellent. Walked me through set by step until we were back on line.

John M from Alarm.com was amazing. No wait for a call center and no problem understanding his directions. He guided me in setting up two new accounts online and with the app. This can be tricky linking acccounts. AI and most Telecom/Internet cos are offloading this kind of service and it just does not work. It takes human interaction and sometime patience. Keep doing it this way and I will always recommend Alarm.com and my security vendor Northstar.

I recently had an issue accessing my Alarm.com account, but the support I received from Andrea in Costa Rica was outstanding. She guided me through the process of logging in from their website, performing a clean uninstallation of the app, and re-configuring my phone as a new device. Everything is now working perfectly. I truly appreciate her expertise and the peace of mind she helped restore. Highly recommended!
