The behavior you described — pressuring you to sign without the promised equipment and then responding with rudeness and threats when you chose another provider — is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the standards we hold our partners to. It's important to note that this individual is not an Alarm.com employee. We are a technology service provider staffed primarily by engineers that provides a software-as-a-service platform as well as hardware devices sold by authorized providers. For the security companies that provide Alarm.com services to their customers, we offer support Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 9 PM Eastern, as well as Saturday hours from 9 AM to 7 PM Eastern. Additionally, any member of the public can reach us 24/7 for assistance with logins, user interface questions, or other inquiries by calling (877) 389-4033.
