The best customer service there is! I found a hell of a deal on a loafer that was in the warehouse and after placing my order online I started to question if the 11 was the right size. I called in to ask if someone could grab both the 11 and 12 from the warehouse was assured it was not a problem at all. I came in the next day and sure enough the 11 fit but the 12 was there just in case. Great experience as always.
