A.K. Rikk'sReviews of akrikks.com

The service was outstanding, and they delivered a unique product product I couldn't find anywhere else. I would be more than happy yo use their services again. and I highly recommend them!

My book came rather quickly and I definitely appreciate that my book regular retails for $75 and I found it on this website for $22.50. I have been wanting this book for years and was finally able to afford it the only thing that I would probably call out is the book not being secured in hrink wrap and that’s it. My book did not arrive damaged the pages were not folded back nothing like that it’s just that I’ve seen this book so the other retailers and I can’t even browse through the pages because the book is always in shrink wrap, so that would be my only call out, but I am very happy with my purchase, and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

The sales staff is excellent and non judgmental. We were greeted with offers of something to drink the minute we walked in the door. We bought a couple items and later found them both on sale elsewhere. Upon returning to the store with the documentation of a lesser price, AK Rikks price matched one item and gave a store credit for the other item for the difference in the sale price and the regular price paid at AK Rikks, While not the very best outcome, it was satisfactory to get the price difference in a store credit.

Good price, fast delivery

Shipped fast but just came in a plain brown bag . The skirt was too short for me so I was disappointed but I got it on sale so I decided it’s probably not returnable. Wish I could have returned it for another size for length or got something else there I could use more .

I love my purchase and the shipping was fast. Great.

My order was somehow delayed for a week and when I reached out to customer service, I got a reply right away along with a significant refund, and the order was sent out immediately. I really appreciate the effort made to correct the issue!
