La licencia de WHMCs, no funcionó, pero devolvieron el dinero

A HACKER with an IP from Turkey haceked into my AKL master Account changed the PWD a 2nd time in a few days and I have asked for urgent help and I have had NOTHING but silence from AKL. I wonder if this is a company or 1 person this AKL that is NOT capable of supporting problems. It took you 7 days last month to solve a problem and we went without any service the whole time . This is the worst hosting service on the internet! I sent 7 emails and ccd our other people - everyone else got those emails except for AKL but maybe they had their hands full with hackers inside their system playing havoc! THEY DON'T HAVE OTP PROTECTION SO THE HACKERS ARE IN THEIR SYSTEM AND CHANGED MY LOGIN PWD!! DUH HOW THEN CAN I GO IN AND FIX IT?? THEY REFUSE TO ANSWER MY EMAILS SO IM STUCK TO THIS TO GET ANY RESPONSE. At least they responded here... jeez a tough way to get support eh?

it's now September 17, Since August 25. The whole company servers are down. All my sites have been down ever since. They refuse to answer the phone, They refuse to reply to emails, Not support present.. All tickets ends up getting closed without any resolution. They just ignore you. Thousands of people like me lost their business because of them. The worst in all of this is that on their server status page, they are still showing that their servers are all up and running. They did not even take the responsability of informing their customers that they were facing issues. How can anybody trust a hosting company who refuses to take responsability.. I expect them to just disapear and re-appear under a new name like many does on Ebay. They are just plain scammer who takes your money and takes you for granted.. Their servers were slow as well. PLEASE LISTEN TO ME AND DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY into that scam, you will regret it when you lose all your sites without warning. They obviously can care less about their customers. I already moved on to a much faster and reliable server. Akl web host.. SHAME ON YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything is down for more than 5 days, no explanation, no support. Stay away from these guys, they are scammers.

An entire week, everything is down, All my websites, MY WHM are gone. Nobody replies to support, Nobody answers the phone, Nobody replies to any emails. It's like they are dead. I'm getting out of there. This is totally discusting behavior, None of my sites have anything wrong.. This is totally unacceptable.. On their website it says all servers are up and running with no problems. Don't believe it a minute. I would never trust a company that does not take care of their customers. this is Terrible behaviour The worst is that i just finished designing a website for a clients and now because of their incompetent behaviour, i'll have to redo the job all over again. i am so angry right now, there are no words for it.. BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD UPDATE SEPTEMBER 9 (2 weeks later) Everything still down, company ignoring all support email, phone down. There is nobody there.. All tickets goes unresolved... i'm out of there. Damn bunch of incompetent, They probably will reappear on Ebay under a new name and flag. typical scam

He sido estafado por esta empresa, despues de 7 meses de servicio con idas y vueltas, la empresa cerró mi cuenta con la perdida de informacion de 25 clientes que tenía. Sin tener mas respuesta. NO LO CONTRATEN.

No entiendo el motivo por el cual han anulado mi servicio. realice mis pagos en las fechas indicadas, días antes a la fecha de pago mi servicio estaba suspendido, luego les deje 4 tickets de ayuda y no me dan una respuesta. Lo unico que necesito es hacer un backup a las cuentas de mis clientes
