Akicon was a great company for my project. Love my new range hood. Besides the quality and beauty of the hood, communicating with the company was efficient and timely.

These days it's hard to find companies that care, but Akicon showed up. I had a small issue with a missing part, and they responded within 24 hours and shipped the replacement immediately - no drama, no runaround.

I worked with the Akicon team for a custom range hood, and the whole experience was outstanding. Customer service answered my questions quickly and helped tweak the design until it was just right. The hood arrived on time, and the craftsmanship is beautiful.

Online customer service was very helpful, even though online store showed part I needed was unavailable they checked for me and found it. Had it shipped to me same day.

Working with Akicon Inc. was a pleasure. I was able to have excellent communication, throughout the process from beginning to end including sending a video of the product before it shipped and getting all my questions answered before placing our order.,
