At the time of ordering, I was told the item would ship out within 48 hours. It took over a week to ship. When i called to find out why, CS Agent said they tried to reach me to verify which hot water tank i was using to verify it would be compatible. I placed this order AFTER a phone call I initiated to find out which are compatible. The fact that they held up the shipping of my item while waiting for my reply is infuriating. An entire project is being held up by this company. When i order a product, i assume the risk of purchase. I have previously purchased Akicon products via 3rd party sellers (Amazon or Wayfair) so I have a number of their products in my home but I will avoid purchasing from this company again at all costs. It is not worth the headache and delays when there are SO MANY other companies out there.

The worst experience ever ! Beware ordering from this site . I order some kitchen handles. to top it off I placed my order and they told me I had to paid $10 extra for a mistake they made so just part of my order was send i had to pay the $10 in order to get my other part of my handles
