Apology to have cancelled the order with full refund. We asked for your acceptance for allowing us extra time to test it if you want to retain the order, and you did. But then you want us to ship the item even we have not yet passed the quality check. We trust you are skillful, but as a responsible seller, we should not ship it out before we confirm the quality.

Update on 25 Jan: Hi Justin, I am the owner of akgelblaster. You received the gel blaster on 5 Dec. You raised on 30 Dec 2023 that “The gel blaster doesn’t work and only shoots upside down” and with a video included on 31 Dec after our immediate follow up. From your video, the gel balls are 2-3mm in diameter ONLY, it is by no means it can be shot out from any gel blaster. We replied your message on the same day - 31 Dec. No news from you until 2 weeks after - 18 Jan, you said when you want to try it out now but the battery won’t charge. We replied you the battery is dead, same as all lipo batteries, if you use up all it’s power and leave it there, and only charge it the time you want to use it. It won’t work. I have to say, You try out the blaster after receiving it for over 3 weeks. No problem. But when you said the blaster is broken, we advised you the user error but you don’t try it out until more than 2 weeks later. And come back that the battery doesn’t work now and you cannot try it out?! From 5 Dec to 18 Jan, it’s 43 days, during this period, have you ever Google to resolve any issues. The blaster you got is a good one, so as our team. But everything will become a trash to you if you don’t hold the responsibility to take care of it and learn it.

Dear James, The order was placed on 6 June and delivered on 9 June. We were asked “what time” the item will be delivered and “where the parcel is” few times before the parcel arrived, while the parcel is delivered within the reasonable shipping period, the questions are beyond our capability to help. The blaster was reported damaged on 12 June, with videos provided on 13 June - which shows the blaster works without physical damage. As reported, “gels shoots out and drop to the floor when firing in semi-auto mode”, we suggested to have the blaster sent back to our tech to review, with the return shipping label provided on 14 June. We are sorry that James left an unsatisfactory comment even before our tech have the opportunity to inspect the return. Lastly, we hope our customers can be respectful to the team, they have been trying their best to help you.

Hi Brad, thanks for flagging this, we truly concerning the delivering time taken from USPS for your order, it differed from the norm 2-4 days. After the package departed from TX, it should be a direct flight to honolulu. However, this time we observed the package was moved around TX and CA before departing to HI. This happens when there are traffic, weather or manual related issues happened. If there are any exchanges required, please get back to us via the store chat so we would be sending via 3 days mail option to avoid such from happening again.
