Akaso camera EK7000 is in my view an excellent camera for everyday use, especially cycling. It is easy to use and comes with lots of useful extras in the box. Easy set up and provides a good picture quality on playback. If your looking for a low budget camera for everyday use look no further than this product range.

Excellent and efficient customer service.

Poor order to delivery. I ordered a bundle and then had to repeatedly contact you because pieces of the bundle would show up and you’d say the whole order was complete. This was the worst experience.

Hi David, We're sorry for the frustration caused by your order experience. We understand how disappointing it is to receive an incomplete bundle and then have to spend time following up on the missing item. We can confirm that the missing accessory was shipped separately and has since been delivered. However, we recognize that the communication and fulfillment experience did not meet expectations, and we appreciate your feedback as we continue to improve our processes. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. If there is anything still unresolved with your order, please contact our support team and we'll be happy to assist further.
