I love everything about this. Except one thing. The 5 minute max record time. Makes editing take so much longer. Other than that this thing is a great beginner 360 camera.

Hi, thanks so much for your feedback! We're glad you're enjoying the AKASO 360 and find it a great beginner-friendly camera! Just to clarify, videos are automatically split into smaller files to help protect recordings and reduce the risk of losing large amounts of footage if something goes wrong. That said, we totally understand how frustrating this can be, especially when editing 360 footage already involves managing multiple files. We'll share your feedback with our product team and explore ways to make the recording and editing experience smoother. Thanks again for your support!

I had an issue with the metal mount included in my AKASO 360 Cycling Combo. Unfortunately, the mount started to crack and break during my very first cycling ride. Fortunately, I noticed the damage before the camera fell, which potentially prevented more serious damage and a possible safety incident. I contacted AKASO customer support, and I was very pleased with how seriously they handled the situation. The support team asked for photos and details about the problem and offered several solutions. They worked with me to find a practical alternative while arranging a suitable resolution for the issue. I especially appreciate their communication, transparency, and willingness to help instead of simply asking me to wait for a replacement part. The mount failure itself was disappointing, especially considering that it happened during the first use, but the customer service experience was excellent. AKASO support team were polite, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. I hope AKASO can also look into the durability of this particular mount to prevent similar issues for other customers. Overall, I am satisfied with how AKASO handled my case and would like to thank the support team for their assistance.

The Akaso EK7000 Pro is the generic, small Chinese video camera and whilst it is not useful to compare it with the GoPro of perhaps more than seven times the price, there are similarities; the quality of image definition being one. This is really good, although the electronic image stability feature is not entirely satisfactory and reaction to changes in the ambient light are a bit slow. However, the small instruction leaflet accompanying the product is singularly unhelpful. It is necessary to go online to download the full set of instructions but even these are woefully inadequate; they do not cover many of the camera's claimed functions, accessing some of which requires one to scroll the menu screen but no mention is made of this in the manual, thus (in my case) making it impossible to operate the unit and I was tempted to return it to the supplier. It required several email conversations with an offshore call centre to overcome the difficulties, although I did find the people there to be helpful despite some of their advice seeming to relate to a different model. It has to be admitted that programming the camera is not particularly easy but given a little diligence, video results can be entirely acceptable. Given its cost, the Akaso represents good value for money but failure to provide a SD card as part of the package is not a cost saving, merely an avoidable irritation. I appreciate that others may have had less pleasant experiences with Akaso but apart from the foregoing, I have no specific complaints.

The Akaso 7000 is a great camera which we have used without any issues for almost 3 years. The strap has finally given way so we will need to replace but other than that it’s been great value for under £70.

This is a great little camera. Good resolution, easy to use for fishing and my son's sports activities. It came with an extra battery which is awesome and we got a few useful accessories in the bundle. I have had a hard time finding a chest mount and a head mount that I can use with this camera so it would be nice to have access to more useful accessories than the standard ones that came with the camera. I love the phone app and the remote control as well. Great value for the money.
