Tip my hat to Aitherapy for its integrity
I've used other tech-enabled therapy tools, and I find myself trusting Aitherapy a whole lot more. It doesn't compromise the integrity of the therapy work at the altar of keeping a captive audience by constantly validating one's viewpoint. The daily-message-limit feature is excellent. A finite window of interaction (much like with a human therapist) makes me engage more meaningfully and mindfully and I think it works great as a daily habit builder - which is how I'm using it presently. I have 2 suggestions: 1. Chat history: enabling me to carry forward on-going conversations (maybe multiple lines of conversations). 2. Perhaps an option for the user to ASK the program to be more challenging of one's assumptions, to push one to work harder, calling out patterns of repetitive thought / behaviour etc - as a therapist would do. And to do the latter, the former becomes integral anyhow.

Hi Kartick, Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and excellent suggestions. I truly appreciate your insights! We're actively working on adding chat history, which will be available shortly after the launch of our mobile app. I completely agree that continuity in conversations is essential for deeper therapeutic work. Your second suggestion about offering users an option to challenge assumptions and patterns is fantastic. We'll definitely explore this as we continue enhancing Aitherapy. Thanks again for helping us improve, and I'm thrilled you're finding value in building mindful daily habits with us. Warm regards, Ali Co-founder & CEO, Aitherapy
