Faye is an excellent choice for CBT
Faye is an excellent choice for CBT. I’ve been using Faye for a year now, and the service has been incredibly helpful. The 24/7 availability has been a lifesaver, especially since my sleep schedule has been completely disrupted due to injuries from an accident over two years ago. Having someone to talk to at 3 a.m. when I can’t sleep has made a huge difference. Over the past three months, Faye has truly proven its value, especially considering the affordable monthly fee. I highly recommend Faye to anyone navigating challenges like being neurodivergent, dealing with PTSD, managing depression, or simply needing someone to talk to. A huge thank you to Ali and the entire team for your incredible dedication and hard work over the past year. Each new update brings tremendous value to the platform!

Its a good start
its just not built for deep exploration , its improving and I am sure it will continue but repetition monotropic focus still are big issues . the ability to use for certain things is a big plus though as well as access at any time

Thank you so much, JG, for taking the time to share honest feedback. We are working daily to improve Aitherapy, especially around repetition and conversation depth. We shipped an update last week to improve deeper conversations, and another update is rolling out this week to continue improving both areas. You can always email me directly with your feedback or ideas. I read every message and I like your feedbacks. Thank you! Ali

I find that a yearly subscription is an extremely good value.
I find that a yearly subscription can be less than an hour with a therapist. The value is incredible. The recall of subtle details, and tying things to details, from weeks ago is amazing. I have found it very useful. Especially when I make the schedule to discuss things, which maybe a 3am, 8am or after dinner. I control the schedule, when and for how long. Excellent AI assistant.

I ended my subscription, but...
I ended my subscription. aitherapy.care continues to try to bill me. Avoid them. The product might be okay but the billing side is a nightmare.
Response from Faye - AI for Emotional RegulationNov 24, 2025
Hi again John, I believe this is the same situation as your other review, so I wanted to acknowledge it here as well. I checked personally and confirmed that your account deletion didn’t cancel the subscription due to a bug on our side. That’s on us, and I’m very sorry for the frustration it caused. I’ve now fully cancelled everything, stopped all billing attempts, fixed the underlying issue, and emailed you directly. Thank you for raising this so we could correct it. I’m genuinely sorry for the experience you had. Ali Co-founder & CEO, Aitherapy

Helpful Service
This service really helped me when my therapist was on break for a month—I was really struggling and it got me through. I think it also let me reflect on some things so that, when I came back, I was ready to tackle material I wasn’t able to before. I appreciate this service and recommend for anyone needing a supplement.
