Terrible customer service, dont read anything on the order. Sent my order to billing address then Royal Mail lost it. Sent emails with complaints for them to not be read, they do what they like.

The bottles are very poorly designed. The lid has ridges that you can't clean unless you have a reversed brush. The mouth pieces go mouldy. I wouldn't reccomend

This is absolutely a joke. Don't understand why school children are so into it? Maybe it is just capitalism??? Cheap plastic/metal material. the bottle arrived clearly used and pacakaging opened and resealed. never got through the customer services as they only use AI to fob you off. AVOID!!!

Never buy this shit, because no support from them always AI chat coming no help, no support. return back is expensive, it is just plastic, please do not waste your money, very stupid project this is, money grabbers.

I ordered three packs of air up pods in March. I only received two packs and although l have messaged Air up on several occasions have not received a response.

I bought direct from Air Ups, 2 Air Ups as a package. 1 is fine, the other leaks. I contacted Alex @AirUp Uk and after explaining what the issue was, we were given a full refund. Great customer service and will happily buy again.

6 months later, the bottle leaks, no replacement. So, let the children drink water with a normal bottle, it‘s just the same, but much less expensiv. Air up wants to create a long time addiction to their “pods”, that’s the real deal. Stop it, no need to any additional things to drink water, it’s ridiculous, typically Belgium shit …
