Oct 1: it's been a two weeks for my last review still I have not heard anything from this Lier Ali. Now he is not coming on phone. Can anyone assist me with any consumer body where I can complaint about this Lier and fraud company. Sep 16: still I have not received my refund. After I posted a review Ali called and requested to delete the review and had promised that my money will be refunded next day. I provided all my bank information but still I am waiting for the money to be refunded. Today over chat Ali promise that they tried to do online transaction but it failed, but he didn’t had any answers how he has done many unauthorized without my permission and left the chat. Even the supervisor is not responsible and doesn’t have courage to face me and understand my concerns. This company is really fake and it’s employees are irresponsible and cheaters. Sep 5: I have bought 2 tickets. I was dealing with Ali. He gave me a deal and I bought the tickets same day. But this company made 10 transaction without my authorization. They charged me CAD 217.86 extra. When I inquired with Ali he said that the cheque will be mail to me. It's more than 4 weeks. I am still waiting for my money. Even now when I called him and he had kept my called on hold since 20mins. This company is fraud. I would request everyone not to do business with this company. I hope I get my money back.

Very very very bad experience ..... Pls don’t trust these people .... I was traveling with my kids 12 year old and 8 year old and myself alone my husband was not with me and because of this people I went through hell ....I went to India through Frankfurt had no issues but on my return I was at Lufthansa counter to checkin and they tell me that I don’t have a visa for Frankfurt.... I hold an Indian passport and my kids are US CITIZENS..... the travel agent while booking didn’t tell me I have to have a transit visa on my way back .... when I called My husband in United states and told him the situation he called the travel agent who refused to help ... and after that didn’t take any of his calls .... I was stranded with my kids ....later Lufthansa said that the agent needs to write an email for refund and they refused to help .... then I went to the Qatar airways and booked my new tickets for the 3:46 am flight for a sum of $3200...... now the travel agent NAME IS Paras refuses to take calls .... can u pls help me.....

They will never give back commission back even though ticket is cancelled by airline. I booked 4 united roundtrips tickets from Newark to Delhi from airtripmaker. Trip was from 26th July 2019 and returning back on 18th August 2019. Airtripmaker charged me 504 USD commission and United ticket charges. United cancelled the tickets due to Pakistan airspace issue and i got the united airlines refund directly back to my credit card. I was told to book the tickets again thru them as they can use the united cancellation code to get united code share partner with discounted rates . I paid again along with their commission charges. I contacted Airtripmaker for the remaining amount of the cancelled ticket commission and Airtripmaker representative told me that i will get the 504 USD also back as a check. I never got this amount back and when contacted multiple times by phone or email, i always get the message that Check is being mailed and some other reason. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Worst service and ticketing company. We booked tickets with them and due to family emergency we had to cancel our trip. The airline refunded our money but in between this company kept our 878 usd and told us will return. It's been 1 month, no money and now when we call them they do not pick our phone or come on the phone (Ankit or Sam). The worst part is the owner or head of there India operations Sam is least bothered about customer service and does not respond to mails at all, not sure why he has listed his email on their site, if he is not going to respond. Total choor company, taking advantage of peoples emergency situations. Stay away from this company over all.

This is a scam. Please avoid at all costs. They will be very quick when they need you to book then disappear off the face of the earth. I called and emailed these people at least 20 times to cancel our flights but no response.

Flight booking is easier , but if you call or chat with them regarding rescheduling they will get you an itenary which will be more costlier than the ticket itself.

i had very bad experience... They worked with me for one full day after calling me again and again. Finally when they got the fare and took my credit card info, and told the ticket is confirmed, the next day shocked me with saying that fare is not available, so book with different airline and higher prices. I wouldn't recommend them to my friends.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS. FAKE COMPANY. WORST experience. I booked ticket with them. Before 45 mins of boarding flight, airline stopped me and asked to pay penalty because they found issues with ticket booked. I called AirTripMaker and they requested me to pay at airport the penalty amount and later on they will refund me back same amount. Its been 3 months now, 15 emails without any response, almost 50 phone calls but NO LUCK GETTING MY REFUND. Sam(Owner), Max, Victor, Michael are not responding at all.
