AirtripmakerReviews of airtripmaker.com

Everyone booking ticket from this agency, please be careful. These agency is big fraud and you will loose your money. Their office contact numbers are 202 640 1902 / 202 296 8886. Owner name is Sam and staff names are Johnny, Victor and more. These all are giving false information during booking and throughout reservation. Once you make payment and you contact them for your reservation or make changes, guys you deal with will no longer be approached and rest staff will make excuse, they don't know what deal you had with person. So be careful with frauds. I confirmed with Lufthansa and they confirmed ticket is open and this frauds are saying your ticket validity period is over. They can't issue or refund money. I have to purchase ticket again. Once again please be careful and avoid frauds like Air trip maker. Please pass on this message to all your Friends and family to stay from Air trip maker.

I had 2 tickets in July 2020. The airline LH refunded the full amount owing to lockdown and borders closing for international travel. This agency however ate up their booking fees ( almost 400$) in spite of these unusual circumstances and most airlines and agencies refunding or rebooking. Both managers haven't even returned calls.

Beware of this agent. These guys are not at all transparent. 1st time , they gave a good rate. When I wanted to change due to covid , they are asking for big fare difference.

I complained about 2 months ago on Trustpilot and Facebook about the cancellation of my business class tickets on Air India and not getting the refund since 9 months. Now, Air India has confirmed that they have made the refund to Airtrip maker, but Sam/Ankit from Airtrip maker are cheating. They do not answer phone calls. I have $ 5,940 stuck with these Airtrip maker. I am planning to send a legal notice in 2 weeks. Do not deal with Airtrip maker.

I booked a flight to India through jonny from Airtripmaker and it was the worst experience in my life. They lied to me all the time about the visa requirements even though I have explained them very clearly about my visa situation. The person who handled the ticket said I don't need any transit visa in Europe as long as stay within the airport and completely fine while changing flights. I traveled believing him and later found that it was a complete lie. I end up paying again the full fare to travel back to U.S. and it was the horrible experience I ever had. Later when I returned back, I tried calling them and found out there was no person named Jonny and it is just the fake name they use to cheat people. I advise everyone to be very careful with these people as I wasted and lost my hard earned money in order to save few dollars which I could have better avoided

I wish to give minus rating I had unpleasant experience since they have not honored credit also these folks are very good at lying and increase the price.please stay away from them.

This is one of the worst agencies to book your ticket. Because of COVID 19 our flight cancelled and United airlines not charging any money to make the tickets open. But these people called and said they are going to charge $100 per ticket. I had to call several times to United and to these people to make it open without charge. Worst service ever. I will never book with them and suggest you not book

I tried there website for the first time and didn’t got the good service..I want to suggest them to put everything real on website.. Because of your fake price my plans has been ruined..I’m unhappy with there service
