Scam company
Scam company. Guy names Ankit not ready to refund the money as promised earlier if flight gets cancelled. United refunded the money instantly while he charged some money telling its united charge and i will get it back but not ready to refund it. Rather screaming on me when i ask him for an update on refund.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY! I had booked a ticket from SFO to BLR for April 2020, which I had to cancel due to ban on non-essential travel. At the time,they said that there was no refund, but it would become an open ticket and I can book anytime. All other agents and airlines have been refunding, but this agency is a total cheat. Everytime I call I get a different agent,and they pretend to not know anything and start from scratch. After countless hours spent, with very poor customer service, I am at a loss as to what to do. Lost a heavy amount of money, dealt with poor customer service, and no sign of resolution.

I made a lawsuit against these guys on the district court, They are cheaters. They will not take your call if they owed your money. They have caller id on their phone so they will not take your call. So if you want to take your call type *67, they only they will answer your call. They will say already cheque is processed etc., some stories. I had a very poor experience with these guys, even the flight got cancelled they will charge processing fees. Do not agree with any written email for deducting the money by that you can law suit for full refund from this cheating agency

Not returning money owed to us.
We had purchased 4 roundtrip SFO-BOM tickets through Airtripmaker in Jan'2020 -- before the covid travel ban -- for travel in Dec'2020. We cancelled our tickets in November'2020, since there was a ban on non-essential travel. The airline, United, promptly refunded their share of the money back to our credit cards within 72 hours of cancellation. Airtripmaker folks, Sam, Sunny et al, agreed in writing/email to mail me my $1457 that they owed me. It's been 4 months now and they haven't mailed the check. They keep giving me run-around and excuses and now just refusing to take my call. Any ideas/suggestions on how to pursue alternate methods to recover the money owed to me?

If you want to trouble and cheated with…
If you want trouble and cheated with your trip, then buy tickets from airtripmaker, I can guarantee you that you never have good experience with these guys. I never see such worst agency, they talk nicely until your payment is cleared then problems will start since they hide lot of things. I would strongly recommend to book from someone else. Hope review helps at least for few.
