Booked us on the wrong itinerary and not reachable via phone

there is no Zero rating... Guys.. dont even go here!.. no response from these guys.. Sitting in India using some weird English names.. ticketing department dont work on Weekends.. Agents dont respond if some reasons flight gets cancelled..All these agents work on commissions based once ticket is booked... later forget customers

Very very Bad experience. Next time, won't book ticket from thro them and i won't recommend to my friends.

Purchased tickets expensive than airline website. Don't trust them please check with airlines prior to purchasing from them.

This agency has very bad practice. They would tell you lower price and once you provide the credit card on agreed price and they would come back saying airline increased the price. Meanwhile you would loose other competitive prices.

This is worst service you can get. The call center rep told me we its our "Marketing trick" to show lesser price online !!!!

They publish $699 total cost and only option is to chat and call. The price would become minimum $1200 when other reputed websites claim for about $900. The staff are polite though. Funny taht all the reviews that are positive (definitely fake reviews) are 5 stars and genuine reviews are 1 star.

We bought tickets from this site through an agent (Ayesha) and they confirmed the tickets and sent the itinerary. When we ask them do we have to check back or is everything okay with our tickets, she said everything is fine. Before traveling on a trip, tried to web check- in my baggage with airlines. At that time i couldn't find any of our tickets. Next day we have to travel for an important event in overseas. We were panicked and called the airlines customer service. They guy at the customer service said, you booked your tickets through agent, and agent cancelled your tickets. You need to contact your agent he siad from the customer service dept of airlines. We were totally shocked. As they didn't inform us, give the refund or called us to let us know the situation until this time. So, we started calling them and talked to almost 15 people named Danny, James, Jenny, Anupam, Sam, Roger, Ayesha and so on..... They were helpless to look for another ticket or need to refund our money. We even sent tons of emails and calls almost spent 1 and half day on that .That was very important event that we missed due to their negligence. They are lifting the calls and then slowly cutting the line without answering. This is very unethical and harassing to us booking the tickets from them. I do not recommend anyone to book the tickets from them. They show the lowest prices and by the time you book the tickets it will be expensive and something like this happens in the background. They never bother about talking to you, refund you, replying to your emails or calls. We even emailed the managers Sam and Roger on this. Never got a reply back from them.I want to give Zero Stars for their service. Very bad customer service. Never buy from them.
