Great customer service
For emergency purposes, I needed to reschedule my flight and fare differences were too high. Thanks to Mario for all the help and extra efforts she took to ensure fare difference is minimal and issued tickets in a timely manner. I'm glad I found my travel agent who takes care of customer needs.

Travel advisors who care
I amd my wife are customers of Air Tripmaker for a while. We have found them to be very approachable and helpful. My recent experience with Mario prompted this review : my wife and daughter had to alter their travel plans at the last minute. Mario was awesome - I was able to get her early in the morning and get the ticket adjusted. She was with us all the way, representing us with the airline for some charges the airline should not have levied, doggedly worked with them and got that sorted out, worked on finding us the best deal for the adjusted date. She was always one step ahead of us - we would ask and she would have the answer as she had already tried it. Thank you Mario!
