Excellent service but bad result
Paras was available whenever needed and was really helpful, but the tickets were not confirmed so I ended up buying directly from AI. I have been following up for refund since last 3 months but to no avail :-(

DO NOT BUY WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! They have the worst customer service ever! I have been coordinating for a small refund for past 5 months but I have not got it and no one ever answers my calls or emails. Completely fed up with their service!

I had a very bad experience wherein my ticket was re-booked and excess amount was charged to my credit card. Despite multiple follow ups for close to a month I haven't got my refund back. Every time I call they mention that they have contacted the accounts department and charge will be reversed in next 2 days. Worst customer experience. Avoid it and book directly through other reliable options. Chandrasekar

The worst agency...Please do not book through this agency. if you want to change the ticket due to an emergency, there is no response and agency will never call back. The charges are high on the itinerary change. BE CAREFUL, it's NOT DEAL.

Worst experience-stay away
Worst experience.stay away! Ridiculous We booked thru this agent round trip USA to India. The agent (Rajneesh) gave us an itinerary thru Frankfurt from USA to Indian and via Frankfurt and Munich from India to USA. We asked the agent multiple times the need for schengan visa and the agent was very confident and said schengan visa is not required since we had Visa stamping and booked us tickets. While flying from USA to Indian there was no problem since we had just one stop over at Frankfurt, but when we tried to board the plane from India, we were denied, since there were two stop overs in Europe and a schengan was needed. When we contacted the agent (Mike), he was not at all helpful, and said they are not responsible , and sounded so rude in the chat.Finally we ended up staying back in India and booked thru another agent.our total loss because of this was 2000$.wasted our time and energy and left stranded early morning. So, pls stay away from these guys. They are really inefficient and not customer friendly

If I could do 0 stars I would. Stay away from them. They are liars all they want is your money. After you pay them they will ignore your calls if you have any problems. They will hang up on you. Everyone working for this company is terrible especially sunny. They call their customers stupid and dumb. I never write reviews but I had to for this company because they're stealing people's money. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
