Fraud Travel Agent!! Beware of it!! I had bought air ticket from Atlanta to New Delhi (departure: Dec 15, 2018 and return: Jan 12, 2019) on Oct 2, 2018 by your travel agent airtripmaker. This agent had booked my ticket (ticket confirmation number TVVXXX) for the price of $5728 by using my credit card. After few days on Nov 9, 2018, my credit card has been debited again for Turkish Airline amount of $632.00 ($161.00 + $161.00 + $155.00 + $155.00). This amount ($632.00) is NOT authorized and unknown to me. When I asked the travel agent, they advised me to contact Turkish Airline and explained that Turkish Airline had done the unauthorized transaction without informing me. But it is not clear to me yet who had made the transaction by using my credit card. I am pretty sure that the travel agent did the fraudulent activity with the passenger’s credit card information. The travel agent is using your name to perform the fake transaction of customer.

Very bad customer service , unreliable, don’t provide the services you buy from them. My flight was cancelled and they didn’t bother to inform me or arrange another flight in spite of me paying them full amount . Also, not helping with refund which airlines said I can get if Airtripmaker files for . Not replying my emails . PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

Charged More than what they said & when asked for the issue no one responds. Horrible service & bad Customer support. Stay away.

I searched for a ticket from DEL to IAD. $99 for round trip from all major airlines. That says it all. Some people still don't learn to do honest business. I saved screenshots just in case.

This website is bad place to buy tickets. on the website, its says ticket price $699 but when I called them they said its only $1250. So I asked why? In return, they said it's $300 tax !!!! Are you serious man. I would not recommend buying tickets from them. they are as fake as they can be.

Terrible.. Dishonest I purchased tickets from them and they did not set them up properly. Furthermore they did not act on my complaints for 3+ weeks and counting even after countless calls and emails. Avoid
