I wish I would have checked on Trustpilot prior to booking with Airportsparking.com. I had a reservation near LAX I booked a week prior to my departure. When I showed up the attendant simply said we have no parking. When I told him I had a reservation and showed the QR code he said "No parking call the company". I had to scramble to find another location. It caused a lot of stress to deal with this. This was during the CrowdStrike glitch in July that caused havoc at major airports. I will never book through them again.

I booked parking at Propark LGA through Airportparking.com and Way.com. Upon arrival, I faced a hidden $10 daily SUV fee. The staff refused credit card payment and demanded cash, threatening to deny service. They were rude and unprofessional, causing stress for my family. Do not book with AirportsParking.com! Booked long-term parking for an upcoming trip, picked a parking lot managed by a Holiday Inn which showed about a dozen reviews, all 5 star ratings. After completing my reservation, I was sent the address, which I then put into Google Maps to save the exact location for later. On Google, this parking lot had an average rating of 2 stars, with a HUGE number of 1 star ratings from people who made reservations in advance, only to be turned away at the gate because the lot was full. I immediately emailed Way.com to cancel my reservation (who handled the actual reservation). To their credit, they promptly submitted my refund request and the charge will be reversed within a week. Cancelling with Way.com was easy but AirportsParking.com is very blatantly manipulating their customer reviews. Following a lot of positive reviews and referrals, I booked instead with PreFlight. It will cost about 40% more but at least I can be certain my reservation will actually be honored when I arrive.

I booked on this website yesterday. Have no email confirmation. Sent a message thru their web portal. Still nothing. Concerned it’s fake and my cc was hacked.
