Mari was very helpful and provided a clear and concise explanation of the procedure to locate my lost item from the plane where I left it. I haven’t received the item yet, but am confident that it will be found and returned to me.

Janef was very helpful and explained the process.

Joanne was a great help over the phone. She listened to the details of my missing items and started the location process.

I like talking to Percy, great help from him

We filled in our lost article form and quickly received a phone call from Jerick confirming our details, and that the search would begin. So, all very prompt!!
